This also marks the successful technical management of the overhaul contracted by WOM Company, which has won unanimous praise from Brazil and has taken a solid step for WOM Brand to enter the Brazilian market.

        The completion of the overhaul has great significance. It is the first overhaul of the unit of the second phase C power plant in Candiota, Brazil, after eight years of operation. Before overhaul, there are many problems affecting unit load, especially frequent wear and tear leakage of boiler heating surface. At the same time, the lack of timely and thorough maintenance of equipment, inappropriate monitoring of chemical water, shortage of spare parts, unscientific condition maintenance and planned maintenance lead to the decline of equipment reliability, which has a great impact on the economic benefits of power plants. In order to ensure the smooth completion of the overhaul work, the participants of WOM Company earnestly supervise every working procedure of the overhaul personnel, strictly control 22 special and non-22 General guidance work led by the Chinese side, and promptly send letters to the owners to remind and rectify the problems and hidden dangers found in the overhaul process. In terms of material spare parts supply, this overhaul totals 1756 spare parts, involving 59 suppliers. The workload of inspection is numerous and arduous. However, in order to ensure adequate material for overhaul, the staff of WOM Company overcome difficulties, work hard without complain, keep track of the progress of goods in time, actively cooperate with the owner side and Shandong Electric Power Construction to inspect the goods arriving at the site one by one, and there is no overall process of delaying overhaul due to insufficient or missing goods.

        During the overhaul, the participants work for up to 10 hours a day, supervise the safety, quality and progress of the site during the day, and work overtime until late at night to compile technical analysis reports. Mr. Zhang Xuechuo, deputy general manager of the company, often connects the scene late at night, directs and coordinates the problems existing in the site, and provides technical support for the reliable operation of Brazilian units in combination with the operation and maintenance experience of domestic units.
