At 21:15 on April 9th, after the Unit #1 overhaul of Xinji Project Company's No. 2 Power Plant, relevant tests were completed, and the one-time grid-connected power generation was successfully realized. Up to now, the overhaul work of Unit #1 has been successfully completed, and the five major operations of boiler water pressure test, boiler ignition, turbine protection test, turbine rotation and unit grid connection have been successfully realized, which laid a solid foundation for the project company to complete this year's power generation task.

        The overhaul of Unit #1 is mainly carried out during the period of ultra-low emission renovation of the Unit. It covers six majors: steam engine, boiler, electricity, I&C, dust removal and chemical water. Over 200 overhaul projects have been carried out. In order to smoothly complete the overhaul task, ensure that the unit health level, performance parameters and safe and stable operation ability of the unit are improved after overhaul, as well as the success of hydraulic test, ignition and grid connection after overhaul, all preparatory work has been done before overhaul, and the problems existing in various specialties have been thoroughly investigated, detailed overhaul plan has been worked out, and overall arrangement has been made. At the same time, the spare parts supply, material procurement, safety construction and other aspects also have been deployed.

        The successful completion of the unit overhaul lays a solid foundation for improving the health level of equipment, safe and economic operation and completing the annual power generation task. At present, the unit runs smoothly and the indicators are normal.
