At present, the C-level maintenance work (turbine, electrical, I&C) of A and D section for Unit #2 contracted by Linhuan Project Company is in full swing. The C maintenance includes 5 items of heat control, 32 items of electricity and 65 items of turbine chemistry, in which six items were added. In order to carry out the strict requirements, the project company strengthened the management and quality control of the C maintenance work.

        Optimizating the maintenance technology management. During the C maintenance period, the project company should not only ensure the maintenance quality of the #2 unit, but also do the power maintenance work of the running unit, so the C maintenance is a comprehensive challenge to the management level and maintenance skills of the project company. In order to ensure that the maintenance is completed on schedule and on good quality, the project company has set up an organization for maintenance work, has held several coordination meetings on maintenance progress, actively integrated the technical strength of maintenance of the project company, adopted the professional cooperation, deploying personnel, maintenance self-inspection, maintenance time adjustment and other new measures to ensure the C maintenance progress steady according to the time node .

        Strengthening the whole process management to ensure the maintenance quality. In order to ensure that the maintenance process can be controlled, the project company strengthens the management of the document package and the maintenance of  W&H quality inspection point, and explicitly requires all maintenance processes need to have records, data and acceptance. At the same time, the maintenance marks during the equipment disassembly and installation should be strictly done, and the maintenance equipment should be classified and placed, and the nonstandard behavior of the maintenance process should be corrected together to ensure the maintenance quality.

        Strict safety control to ensure the smooth maintenance of the work. In order to ensure the C maintenance process safety with zero violation, equipment with zero defect, the project company earnestly implements the safety itinerant inspection system, sets up the safety inspection leading group, the project manager acts as the leader, carry out the security, fixed-time and omnidirectional inspection to the spot on the work appliance, safety protection measure, high altitude operation, scaffolding use, limited space operations and other maintenance. At the same time, Linhuan Project Company also strengthen the management of work permit sheets, conduct safety self-checks on the execution and examination of work permit sheets for fire and restricted space, and ensure that maintenance safety management starts from the source. For major maintenance operations, the project company arranges the safety manager to follow up and monitor the whole process. Moreover, it also makes full use of the maintenance propaganda display board to expose the illegal behaviors found in the maintenance process, warn all the personnel involved in the maintenance to strengthen their personal safety awareness, achieve the maintenance site civilization and standardize the management.
