Everything was ready for lifting low pressure(LP) rotor in TG house at 14:00 on October 4. Under instructions, operator of overhead traveling crane set special lifting hooks, maintenance personnel paid close attention to avoid collision and made level of rotor and several trials were done before lifting. LP rotorⅠ weighing 90 tons was lifted out of cylinder stably with instructor blowing whistler at 14:45. Afterward with staff’s efforts LP rotor Ⅱ was also lifted and placed on support, marking an end to turbine proper disassembly works.
